Winter Moss
Horsetrough Falls are located in north Georgia in the Mark Trail Wilderness area at the headwaters of the Chattahoochee River as it flows off of Horsetrough Mountain. In approximately 500 miles, the water that flows over will dump into the Gulf of Mexico.
The falls are roughly 70ft. high and the surrounding area is thick with lush vegetation. Waterflow tends to be relatively light in all but the winter months or after a significant rain in the area.
This is very similar to a previous composition I posted. This one puts more concentration on the moss covered rocks in the foreground whereas the other concentrate more on the green leaves in the lower left. Personally I think I like this one better but while shooting I wasn't sure.
