5DMKII + 24-70mm f/2.8L, f/5.0 at 1/160s.
Since it's foggy and rainy in SF, I thought I'd attempt another self-portrait. For this shot, I used my two big Westcott TD5 Spiderlites in 24"x32" Softboxes, one directly in front of me, bare with no diffuser and one behind me to the right.
I also had my 580EX with an omnibounce on my camera at +0 power set on Master and I hand held my 430EX with a double CTB (blue) gel set at +2 power. Hand holding the flash was tricky to say the least :P I shot about 200 to get the angle right.
