Still in Albuquirque... Today was the final day of the big Albiquerqui Balloon Fiesta, and it was CANCELLED! SHIT! That sucks! This was taken a couple days ago when they launched all the special shaped balloons. Yesterday would have been a fantastic day to shoot the event, but I made the BAD decision to drive up to the top of a big mountain. I've always wondered what the balloon festival would look like from up on top of that mountain, looking down on Albaquerquee with all these balloons floating by. Now I know... It looks like CRAP from up there!!! Where are the balloons? Way, way off in the distance there were these tiny little colored specks. Are those the balloons? The mountain looks so close from down here.
